ROLE: Camera Operator (Video or Photo)
LOCATION: On-Site
OVERVIEW:
Vanacore Media is looking for talented and self-driven On-Call Media Creators to join our growing team. In this flexible, project-based role, you’ll be responsible for meeting with clients, capturing high-quality video or photos. You’ll also be expected to represent the brand professionally and are encouraged to build your own client base under the Vanacore Media name. We handle the editing and client delivery—you focus on the shoot and the communication. All completed work is credited to you via social media or by name, attributed to your personal Vanacore Media public portfolio & sent to you if the project allows it. You will also be called in to film or photograph for larger events with a team of Vanacore Media members, this includes performances, events and more.
Scheduling:
On-Call Work: You’ll be contacted for shoots based on availability and location. Short-notice availability (under one week) may receive bonus compensation
Key Responsibilities (BASED ON YOUR SKILLS) :

Travel to and meet with clients for scheduled shoots (video or photography).

Capture professional-grade content in accordance with Vanacore Media standards.

Maintain clear, courteous communication with clients on-site.

Represent Vanacore Media with professionalism and integrity.

Seek out and develop your own local clients to work under the Vanacore Media brand to recieve increased incentives
Training:
Vanacore Media will provide training in order to maintain the standard of quality
ROLE: Marketing Specialist_
LOCATION: Remote or On-Site (WNY Region)
OVERVIEW:
Vanacore Media is looking for consistent and self-driven Marketing specialists to assist in Social Media Management, In person representation & directing positive outreach for the brand. You will be given tools & social media access to achieve these 3 things. Typically for social media related marketing; we provide you with what to post. However, You will have creative control of this role; Meaning as long as you have the ability to edit & design things in accordance with our standards, we can accept it. You will also be expected to respond or notify a more knowledgeable team member when a potential client reaches out to the social medias.
Scheduling:

Social Media Management: You will be given a Posting Schedule, it's your job to follow this outline in order to determine when you are supposed to post on our social medias.

In-person Representation: This is an "on-call" situations, You will be notified in Advance if there's any opportunity to PHYSICALLY market the business. At places like shows, events, etc. by wearing merch, meeting new people, etc.

ROLE: Networking Facilitator_
LOCATION: Remote or On-Site
OVERVIEW:
Formerly known as the Scout Position, the Networking Facilitator role for Vanacore Media is simple. Make connections; Out reach as far and wide as possible using your people skills to gain us new connections.
Scheduling:
N/A - This position only requires you to put our name in the rooms that we are not in, the harder the work to find people the more that you make. Typically you will still be invited to on-call shoots and events to provide your expertise of networking skils.

ROLE: Production Assistant_
LOCATION: On-Site
OVERVIEW:
Vanacore Media is looking for production assistants to help bring the magic together during shoots. From set-up to tear-down, the production assistants goal is to keep the day smooth with increased communication between the Client and crew, moving equipment, getting behind the scenes content, and more! This role literally means watching the shoot happen, and that's something you don't want to miss.
Scheduling:

OVERVIEW:
Vanacore Media is looking for talented and self-driven On-Call Video editors to join the team. We provide the content, you stay in touch with the project manager to bring the final product to life. All completed work is credited to you via social media or by name and attributed to your personal Vanacore Media public portfolio.
Scheduling:
