Vanacore Media – Payment Terms of Service

These Payment Terms (“Terms”) apply to all payments made to Vanacore Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting payment, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Other methods as may be offered through our payment platform

2. Payment Authorization

• By submitting payment information, you authorize Vanacore Media to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.

• You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

3. Payment Processing

• Payments made through our website are securely processed by Wix Payments and/or Square.

• Vanacore Media does not directly store or have access to your full credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay details.

• By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of Wix and Square.

4. Refunds & Disputes

• All payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Vanacore Media.

• If you believe a payment was made in error, you must notify us within 7 business days.

• Any chargebacks or disputes initiated with your bank or card provider without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information.

• You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment.

• You agree not to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods.

6. Changes to Terms

Vanacore Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
